This is my first time i stay in ucsi hotel. me and my husband really enjoy it as breakfast price was affordable. we also enjoy our bed due to comfy pillow. Nice view as we can see sarawak river from above. Next time please provide more baby cot for babys to sleep and please provide smqll towel for us to clean our face and dry up our feet from wet toilet. Overall everything was okay and we would to come over again in future. Thanks for great hospitality 😊

The room was really comfy and clean. The pool was amazing. Crazy view on the river. Amazing sunset. Perfect location if you have a conference at the Borneo center. There is also a tiny shop directly at the hotel which is useful.

The room was incredibly cozy and comfortable, and the room service food was exceptional. My room view overlooked the river, and the view during sunset was spectacular. Very near the Borneo Convention Centre, Kuching.
