We love sitting at level 5 accompanied by good music, breezy wind and lovely view, made us lost track of time. Easy to navigate around the hotel, exploring the restaurants, mini mart, swimming pool etc. Tasty food from housekeeping! The rooms are spacious, ample space to sit around in the room while hanging out without touching the bed. Love the wash basin outside the bathroom, easy to wash hand without going back and forth the toilet when the floor is wet. A great choice for a weekend staycation with friends and your loved ones!

Room is very spacious including bathroom. View of the river. The staffs are helpful but the receptionist can improve their customer service skills a bit. Be more confident in answering the customers so that you will look more trustworthy. Your bubur pulut hitam is very nice.

My second stay. Everything was good as previously except this time few points for housekeeping to take note :-) - only one pair of bedroom slipper instead of two for twin occupancy, floor a little sticky, incomplete toiletries - provided two shampoo and one body lotion, one set (instead of two) tooth brush, without shower gel and conditioner. Overall, we like this hotel and will be back.

The room was really comfy and clean. The pool was amazing. Crazy view on the river. Amazing sunset. Perfect location if you have a conference at the Borneo center. There is also a tiny shop directly at the hotel which is useful.

The friendliness of the staff, the spaciousness of the room, and the view on the river. Also, the fact that an hotel of this category may be able to serve a 24/24 room service.

The staff was very helpful. The breakfast had many varieties and was satisfying in taste.

The room was incredibly cozy and comfortable, and the room service food was exceptional. My room view overlooked the river, and the view during sunset was spectacular. Very near the Borneo Convention Centre, Kuching.

The room is huge and the bed is comfortable. Totally clean. The breakfast is delicious.

Nice location near the convention center. Very convenient. Staff very helpful and accomodating. The room is clean, with a nice view of thr river.
